    To become a member, you simply fill out an official Membership Application form and include a check for the annual dues, currently $15.00. Make the check payable to: Milwaukee Retiree Association Chapter 48.

    You may download the Membership Application form from this site -- simply click here and print the form. Mail to: Milwaukee Retiree Association Chapter 48, P.O. Box 342055, Milwaukee, WI 53234. You also can write to us at that same address and an application will be mailed to you.
